As I begin my trek into what the future holds for this planet, I cannot help but to believe that there is a better way for us all to live our lives. I want to be a part of a dialogue that will allow for the expression of our most inner knowing wisdom that, in today’s society may not have many outlets.

In my many years of working in the field of social work and life coaching I have been witness to many people struggling to get more done in less time. I have heard the frustrations of daily living such as being stuck in traffic, working a job that is very stressful and not having enough time to sleep or for self care. People do not have a lot of time to spend with family or friends. I see a lack of fun in some people’s lives. Many people have given up on their dreams. I observe many people are living their lives to meet the needs of other people. They do not spend much time doing things that make them happy because when they do have some time to themselves they are too tired to doing anything. Stress levels are high and people are searching for meaning in their lives and for their life purpose.

I see many people wanting to make the best decisions to better manage their life events and situations to live a more fulfilling life with more passion and meaning. That is what Indigo Living is all about. Indigo Living means utilizing our inner guidance system, talents, and abilities to reach our most human potential.

Earth Day is a good day to reflect upon how the decisions we make about how we live our daily lives can affect the lives of others and the planet. I am reminded of a line in the prayer of St. Francis “Make me an instrument of your peace.” I believe that peace on Earth starts with how we each live out our lives and the relationships that we nurture. I believe that our positive daily thoughts and actions somehow add to the overall vibration of the Earth. I believe that we are connected to the Earth in ways that we are just now discovering. I believe the Earth is a living being and we both need each other to survive, we are interdependant. I believe we need to speak our truth about what is happening in our lives. When we speak, The Earth Speaks!

by Divine Grace Yengo.

One of my biggest take away from this workshop was that I was finally able to open my Akashic Records! After attempting to open my records for about a year now and using various techniques and prayers through different teachers, I was getting a little frustrated and ready to give up on this one aspect of my spirituality. I discovered Jodi’s workshop through a meet up group. I was excited to read that it was a 100% guarantee for everyone and anyone who learned how to open their records through her workshops.

Learning to open up my Akashic Records was a success for me and for all the other students in the class!
What I enjoyed most about this workshop was that it was so much fun!!!! I can’t emphasize enough how fun we all had during those two days!!! We gained so much knowledge regarding Akashic Records along with other metaphysical topics- but we laughed and enjoyed ourselves along the way. We had so much fun that we skipped our lunch breaks during both days and just ate at our chairs because we wanted to learn more and more and hear more of what Jodi had to teach. Jodi guaranteed our understanding and our success with opening our Akashic Records through various exercises that also related to other topics related to spirituality. And anyone who had a question was given proper and sufficient information in regards to their question. Overall, this class was very informational and just simply fun! The technique Jodi taught us guarantees 100% success!

I would totally recommend this class and any other class that Jodi teaches. As one of the students in her workshop, I can definitely say that she maintained her students interest throughout the duration of the workshop and assured everyone’s understanding. Jodi is very knowledgeable regarding spirituality and any other metaphysical topics. She is not only wise and knowledgeable but she sure knows how to keep the learning of her students a fun experience. There was no question left unanswered and there was not a time in her workshop where we lost interest. Overall, Jodi is an excellent teacher, a very wise individual especially when it comes to spirituality, and is amazingly fun!

As a summary, here are the ten attributes that best describe this new kind of child, the Indigo Child

They come into the world with a feeling of royalty (and often act like it)

They have a feeling of “deserving to be here,” and are surprised when others don’t share that.

Self-worth is not a big issue. They often tell the parents “who they are.”

They have difficulty with absolute authority (authority without explanation or choice).

They simply will not do certain things; for example, waiting in line is difficult for them.

They get frustrated with systems that are ritually oriented and don’t require creative thought.

They often see better ways of doing things, both at home and in school, which makes them seem like “system busters” (nonconforming to any system).

They seem antisocial unless they are with their own kind. If there are no others of like consciousness around them, they often turn inward, feeling like no other human understands them. School is often extremely difficult for them socially.

They will not respond to “guilt” discipline (“Wait till your father gets home and finds out what you did”).

They are not shy in letting you know what they need.
